THE DAILY DECISION

There is a decision that each one of us has to make,
for each of us needs to decide for ourselves,

Whether to give or to take,
whether to love or reject love,

Wether to bring peace or strife.......
And that is the "daily decision"
That affects the whole rest of our life.

So make your decision and make it wisely.The people who succeed in their endeavours have this special power of making decisions, taking actions, implementation of the decision is more important to them rather than the mere thought.Be strong in your mind wake up and start taking control of your life, yes start taking decisions, decisions which are true, decisions which bring peace and love, decisions which change the coarse of time, decisions which spread love among masses.Once you possess this power of decision making you will stand out from the crowd, you will become the reason for somebody to be happy which in turn will keep your soul satisfied.

GLOBAL WARMING.....HOW SERIOUS ARE WE?

Its 6:30 in the morning when i am sitting in front of my desktop and writting this.Morning yes its early in the morning in almost a winter session.The sun god showed up at around 5:50 am.its really beautifull outside.I think morning is the time when gods arrive on earth.The scene outside is tranquillising my senses, its spelling beauty in front of me so fresh............... wow....... green grass blue sky as they say and you and i..... This morning air, the chirping birds, the blossoming flower, the morning dew drop ask me a

question every morning ie; will i be as pure as i am now? and as the day grows and the human kind takes over on this side of the globe the answer gets clearer...... smoke smoke and smoke every where.... and then the air asks me will i be the same everymorning and i have no answer to that morning natural air which is a part of bountifull gifts of mother nature to us.In the spectre of actions of the human kind i dont think that any body has an answer to the question asked above.

The brutality and senselessness displayed by us the so called supreme authorities on this earth 'the human mind' have spoiled the balance of this earth in such a way that once this question arises to the third generation from today they wont even know how to answer it...... coz they wont be knowing as to who this morning air is?

CURB POLLUTION IN WHATEVER WAYS POSSIBLE

RESPECT THE MOTHER NATURE WHICH IS THE SOLE

ELEMENT FOR OUR EXISTENCE..........................................

BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMING GENERATIONS.

In response to the alarming rate of global warming..... lets make this world a better place to live in......

NOTHING SUCCEEDS SUCCESS

A Statement based on rock logic.A person wishes to achieve all kinds of needs and desires in his/her life ie; physiological needs, security, social needs , esteem needs etc.On the basis of achievement of these needs in the same sequence as stated above the degree of success of a person is measured.There is one important aspect which binds all these needs together and sustains them for an individual in the long term and that important aspect is nothing but SUCCESS.

Different people define success in their own different ways.'Quite natural' as it has to be, perceptions differ from one individual to another.But have you really thought as to what success means to you in life, for some its the attainment of physiological needs only, for some its money, for some its money with lots of glory and fame and for some it is a mere feeling of self sufficiency or you can call it ultimate satisfaction.As you need a strong base to build up mansions and tall structured buildings, you need a strong base in life so as to be capable of supporting yourself as well as your near and dear ones and if the same base is just like concrete you can go on carrying others too.Attainment of this base is success, crossing this initial threshold of life is success, and after that its just life.

Life is a lesson and you learn it when you are through, its a process of constant learning.Till now i have learnt many significant lessons but this one lesson will always be embedded in my mind ie; NOTHING SUCCEEDS SUCCESS.A successful man is heard, a successful man is respected and a successful man only has the unspoken authority to preach.Success is the limit which once crossed, can give you flexibility in life to make your own path to achieve your other goals (personal or professional) and leave the trail behind for others to follow.

QUIT OR RISE

One day I decided to quit... I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have 1 last talk with NATURE."NATURE", I said. "Can u give me one good reason not to quit?""Look around", NATURE said. "Do u see the fern & the bamboo? When I planted the fern & the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.In the 2nd year the Fern grew more vibrant & plentiful & again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.""In year 3 there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year 4, again, there was nothing from the bamboo see. I would not quit." NATURE said."Then in the 5th year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small & insignificant. But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong & gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it couldn’t handle.""Did u know, that all this time u have been struggling, u have actually been growing roots?" "I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on u.""Don't compare urself to others. The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful.""Ur time will come, U will rise high""How high should I rise?" I asked."How high will the bamboo rise?" NATURE asked in return."As high as it can?" I asked"Yes, give me glory by rising as high as u can." NATURE saidNow I realized that what ever is around me is what I want to see. My Surroundings r my NATURE & thus it’s my SOUL. My Soul, who see this & make me feel situational HAPPY, SAD, JOYFUL or DEPRESSED"Life is not a problem to be solved, but a gift to be enjoyed"

FEAR OF "UNKNOWN"

Remember when you were a child , you used to fear darkness isn't it? Have you ever wondered why at that stage you were scared of being alone , scared of dark nights and scared of those ghosts stories where devilish monsters were described in a very vivid manner which triggered your mind to reach new dimensions and imagine all that probably never existed.

"FEAR OF UNKNOWN" that's what flashes in my mind when i think about the above instance , the fear of seeing the unseen , the fear of hearing the unheard and the fear of experiencing an unimaginable threat. Brooding or knitting your own thoughts over something which is away from reality and unexpected leads to the state where you feel this fear.

Do you think that this fear leaves you when you grow up to become an adult? It is something that never leaves you. At all stages of your life whether it is about taking vital decisions , in your career , in your relations the factor of uncertainity is introduced which generates fear which is the fear of unknown.

Think about it why the farmers at singur are resisting the govt's decision of setting up TATA's small car industry over their land which is the ultimate source of their livelihood. Those farmers have never been in that social setup where people grow with organizations , industrialisation and various other modern sectors. 'INDUSTRIALISATION FOR THEM' is just like 'DEMON IN THE DARK FOR A SMALL CHILD' which will engulf their livelihood if they entered this darkness. Ignorance towards the growing world has created this instinct of losing all possessions and has created this fear about which i have been talking till now. The action of forcing or imposing such govt.'s decisions on this particular sect of society won't offer any solutions. What's required here is the light of awareness and education.

As in case of the small child a light bulb or any source of light in dark is a ray of hope and lessens the fear in his mind, similarly the light of awareness and knowledge will lessen the fear in the minds of these poor farmers.

MOTIVATION --- ALWAYS MAKES YOU GROW

Hi friends,
Motivation is the word which has caught my attention these days.In my 1st sem of MBA i went across many motivational theories like
--- Abraham maslow's need hierarchy.
--- ERG theory.
--- Herzberg's motivational theory.
The list of such theories goes on and on and on.......... Motivation is one word that commands the growth of our life.Everytime a person goes out to reach to some goal or aim in life it is motivation which drives him, that gets him into groove to achieve something.Just think while studying, while working, while doing any activity there is some factor which always enhances your performance, your outputs and that factor is MOTIVATION , even if you are not aware of it, in your subconscious mind that factor plays.
If this factor is missing in your life then you need to sit and give it a real serious thought.Make some arrangement to motivate yourselves.
Motivate yourself by motivating others thats my personal point of view.GIVE THIS ONE A GOOD THOUGHT AND APPLY IN YOUR LIVES.

INDIA OF MY DREAMS

Defining India
A dream land with peace and brotherhood ingrained in all the souls, where sentiments, human emotions and relations carry meaning and are prioritized; where sufferers, indigent and benefited are always helped. We all walk hand in hand and face all troubles happily and boldly. This is what actually our nation is.
Reality
We hold in our hands the destiny of our motherland. The dream of a united India which is recognized respected and admired by the whole world.
The picture of the nation defined as above was the vision and a sweet dream in the eyes of those great freedom fighters, the people who sacrificed their lives just for the cause of the nation and for us ‘the youth of present’.
We, the present young generation, the present countryman must be ashamed of ourselves as we have failed miserably on fulfilling the dreams of those great souls. In my opinion we have ruined our nation and destroyed their dreams which they had seen and cherished for us. I think we haven’t lived up to their expectations.
My dear fellow students and countrymen please broaden your views and scope of thinking. Take up the responsibility of the nation; think about the nation, the aspirations and sufferings of the lower strata of society.
Please rise up, wake up, arouse your souls, and don’t be dead and stop taking up limited aims in your lives at personal levels. Its is our own responsibility not only to nourish our own lives but also make an effort of making India a better place to live in.
We have to go a long way for cherishing those beautiful dreams and vision of peaceful and united India.
Let the REVOLUTION begin.

A Nice Article about Love

I once had a friend who grew to be very close to me.

Once when we were sitting at the edge of a swimming pool,
she filled the palm of her hand with some water and held it before me, and said this: "You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love.

This was how I saw it:

As long as you keep your hand caringly open and allow it to remain
there, it will always be there. However, if you attempt to close your
fingers round it and try to posses it, it will spill through the first cracks it finds.

This is the greatest mistake that people do when they meet love ... they try to posses it, they demand, they expect ... and just like the
water spilling out of your hand, love will retrieve from you. For love is meant to be free, you can not change its nature.
If there are people you love, allow them to be free beings.

Give and don't expect.
Advise, but don't order.
Ask, but never demand.

It might sound simple, but it is a lesson that may take a lifetime to truly practice.

It is the secret to true love.To truly practice it, you must sincerely feel
no expectations from those who you love, and yet an unconditional
caring."
